JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) is an action-adventure anime series directed by Naokatsu Tsuda and produced by studio David Production. The anime is an adaptation of an award-winning manga by Hirohiko Araki.

Synopsis: It all began when Dario Brando saves the life of George Joestar after an accident. George takes Dario’s son Dio in his care after Dario passes away. But Dio has a different plan, after living in poverty, Dio now hopes to live a luxurious life by inheriting George Joestar’s wealth. But George’s son Jonathan “JoJo” Joestar is in his way. In the chain of events, Dio gains superhuman strength after converting into a vampire with the help of a strange stone mask and manages to kill Jonathan. But Dio also suffers a loss from Jonathan’s attack and sinks below the ocean.

But the problem doesn’t end there as the Joestar bloodline is now cursed with defeating supernatural phenomena. Jonathan’s grandson Joseph Joestar inherits the responsibility of defeating the ancient lifeforms called Pillarman, who were responsible for creating the strange stone masks. The Pillarman were in slumber but are now awake and ready to conquer their fear of sunlight. The saga continues with lots of bizarre adventures waiting for the Joestar family.
