Kuroko no Basket is one of the excellent sports series anyone would end up binging. It keeps you on to the edge from beginning to end. However, the storyline of the high school team playing basketball and striving for the nationals for the greatest in Japan may come off as generic. Kuroko no Basket is a sports anime by Studio Production I.G. The anime is an adaptation of a Japanese manga series by Tadatoshi Fujimaki.
Synopsis: There was a middle school team of basketball players known as the “Generation of Miracles” that won school championships for all three years. After graduating from middle school, these stars went to separate high schools and joined different teams.
Kuroko Tetsuya was a dark horse at Generation of Miracles and is now a freshman at Seirin High. Taiga Kagami, also a freshman is a promising player returning from the U.S. The two freshmen are on a quest to prove that they are not ordinary basketball players. The only way for them to prove is to bring Seirin to the top of Japan by winning the inter-high championships.
